Local Laws and Ordinances

2. 1. Woodville Road is hereby designated as a through highway, and stop and/or yield signs shall be erected in the following entrances thereto:

      (f) Dickerson Drive 	 Stop 	east
      (g) Circle Drive 	 Stop 	east
      (h) Gridley Road 	 Stop 	east
      

   2. Briarcliff Road is hereby designated as a through highway, and stop and/yield signs shall be erected on the following entrances thereto:

      (a) Ashley Lane Street 	 Stop 	east
      (b) Tower Hill Road 	 Stop 	north and east 
      (c) Woodville Road 	 Stop 	south
      

   3. Gridley Road is hereby designated as through highway, and stop and/or yield signs shall be erected on the following entrances thereto:

      (a) Wardencliff Road	 Stop 	north and south
      

   4. Overhill Road is hereby designated as a through highway at the intersection with Woodville Road and stop signs shall be erected at said intersection controlling traffic on the entrance to said intersection from a northerly and southerly direction.

4. Penalty for Speeding Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of subsection (1) of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not to exceed fifty dollars.

5. Penalty for Other Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of subsection (2) of this ordinance shall be punishable for the first offense by a fine not to exceed twenty-five dollars, and for the second offense by a fine of not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars, and for the third or any subsequent offense within eighteen months by a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
