No person shall throw, lay or place any dirt, vegetables, filth, ashes, shells, filthy water, liquid or rubbish of any kind in any street or public place in said Village; ashes and garbage must be placed in proper receptacles and the burning or burial within the Village limits is prohibited; each householder shall supply proper receptacles of such size as may be easily carried by one man, for ashes and garbage.
Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to a penalty of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hundred fifty dollars for each offence.
