Fire Pit Permit Application

By submitting this application, I agree to the following:
•  I will see the Code Enforcement officer to unlock the fire pit. Before leaving, I will replace the cover and lock it in place.
•  Fires will be kept within the rim of the fire pit and not reach a height of more than 5 feet.
•  If the wind comes from the northwest, north, or northeast forcing smoke inland, the fire will be extinguished immediately and covered.
•  There will be no burning of beach vegetation, garbage of any kind, yard waste, or treated lumber.
•  There will be no glass on the beach.
•  The fire will be extinguished by 11 pm as per Village Code17-4D.
